1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for VizCup 2026 Six-a-Side Indoor Cricket League Tournament, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register.

2. Tournament Details

Event: VizCup 2026 - Six-a-Side Indoor Cricket League
Dates: January 9th to March 29th, 2026
Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Location: 1230 Samples Industrial Dr, Suite 600, Cumming GA 30041
Age Categories: U9, U11, U13, and U15

3. Registration and Payment

Registration fee is $369 per team
Payment must be made via Zelle to mailviz369@gmail.com
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received
Team spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation
Late registrations may be accepted subject to availability

4. Refund Policy

Full refund: Cancellations made 30+ days before the tournament start date
50% refund: Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tournament start date
No refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tournament start date
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days

5. Team Composition

Each team must have a minimum of 6 players
Players must meet the age requirements for their registered category
Teams may add or substitute players up to 7 days before the tournament begins
All players must be listed on the registration form

6. Tournament Rules

All matches will follow standard six-a-side indoor cricket rules
The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify rules as necessary
All decisions made by umpires and tournament officials are final
Teams must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled match time
Forfeiture may occur if a team is not ready within 15 minutes of scheduled start time

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship
Abusive language, violence, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated
Parents and spectators must respect officials, players, and other attendees
Violation of conduct rules may result in ejection from the tournament without refund

8. Equipment and Attire

Teams are responsible for bringing their own cricket equipment
All players must wear appropriate cricket attire
Protective gear (pads, gloves, helmets) is strongly recommended
Tournament organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged equipment

9. Liability and Insurance

Participants engage in activities at their own risk
VizCup organizers are not liable for injuries or damages
Teams are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage
Medical personnel will be available on-site for emergencies

10. Weather and Cancellations

As an indoor tournament, weather delays are unlikely
In case of venue unavailability, matches will be rescheduled
Tournament organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone for unforeseen circumstances
Partial refunds may be offered if the tournament is significantly shortened

11. Media Rights

VizCup retains the right to photograph, video, and stream tournament matches
Participants consent to use of their likeness in promotional materials
Teams may record their own matches with proper notification

12. Privacy and Data

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
Registration data is used solely for tournament purposes
We do not share participant information with third parties

13. Tournament Modifications

VizCup organizers reserve the right to make changes to:

Tournament format or schedule
Venue locations (within the same general area)
Age category groupings if registration numbers require
Match timings with reasonable notice

14. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved by tournament officials
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours
Decisions of the organizing committee are final
